The Career Counseling Cell, known as UDISHA, prepares students for future careers by providing guidance, training, and support to help them make informed decisions and become confident professionals.

About UDISHA

UDISHA (Unified District Information System for Higher Education) is a government-supported initiative to enhance career opportunities and employability among students. The Career Counseling Cell of our college actively works to guide students toward academic growth, job readiness, and professional development.

The cell regularly organizes job fairs, placement drives, career exhibitions, and recruitment camps where students get a chance to meet recruiters, understand job roles, and explore career possibilities in various sectors.

With the support of industry experts, the cell conducts guest lectures, training programs, aptitude sessions, personality development classes, and interview guidance workshops to help students gain confidence and clarity.

Along with employment, UDISHA actively motivates students to explore entrepreneurship and self-employment opportunities, enabling them to become independent and innovative thinkers.
