Institutional Policies
1. Attendance Policy
Students must maintain at least 75% attendance in each subject. Medical absence must be supported with valid documents.
2. Examination Policy
Examination rules must be strictly followed. Any unfair means, misconduct, or use of electronic devices will result in disciplinary action.
3. Student Code of Conduct
Students must maintain discipline, respect faculty, and behave responsibly. Harassment, violence, or damage to property will not be tolerated.
4. Anti-Ragging Policy
Ragging is strictly prohibited as per UGC norms. Students involved will face suspension, rustication, and legal action.
Additional Guidelines
1. ICT & Digital Use Policy
College internet and digital facilities must be used responsibly. Misuse or hacking attempts will lead to punishment.
2. Library Policy
Books must be returned on or before due date. Silence must be maintained inside the library.
3. Grievance Redressal
Students may submit complaints regarding academics, facilities, or behaviour. The committee ensures fair resolution.
